Groupe Crit is recruiting a Recruitment Specialist for an interim assignment based in Casablanca. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, drafting and publishing job advertisements, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting screening and selection interviews, coordinating onboarding, collaborating with hiring managers, and preparing recruitment activity reports.

Key Requirements

  • Bac+5 in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience in a recruitment agency or temporary staffing agency is preferred
  • Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Strong written and spoken French
  • Organized, autonomous and team-oriented
