Job Description

We are hiring a Backend Developer with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence to join a fast-growing FinTech company. You will design, implement, and optimize scalable backend systems while contributing to innovative AI/LLM projects.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer
  • Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and API integration (REST/SOAP)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitLab
  • Familiarity with cloud services and monitoring (Firebase, Prometheus)
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Bonus: Experience with AI/LLM, Chatbots, NoSQL databases, Pinecone
