Job Description

As a Promotions & Retention Specialist at One Net Group, you will play a key role in designing and executing impactful campaigns that boost client engagement and loyalty in the maritime connectivity and B2B technology sectors. You will combine creativity with data-driven insights to deliver measurable results, ensuring customers not only stay but also thrive with our services.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or customer retention roles (preferably in B2B or tech)
  • Strong understanding of promotional campaign design and execution
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and campaign data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Greek is a plus)
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
