Technical Support Engineer

Improve process parameters, machine settings, and work methods to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity. Successfully manage new product and project transfers. Support production to achieve targets, optimize processes, respond to team training needs, follow performance plans, act as technical client contact, write procedures, qualify new processes/machines/materials, participate in audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
