Job Description

The IT Tester is responsible for representing the QA team within the Agile team and ensuring that project deliverables meet the agreed quality, performance, cost, and timeline standards. Main responsibilities include test planning, execution, automation, and reporting, while working closely with business and development teams.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience as an IT Tester
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Autonomy and adaptability to new testing approaches (Agile Testing)
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues and risks
  • Knowledge of ISTQB standards
  • Experience with manual and automated testing
  • Experience managing test environments and incident tracking
  • Ability to write and execute test cases, plans, and reports
