Job Description

SEBN Bouknadel is looking for an experienced Production Manager with strong expertise in automotive wiring. You will lead production operations, ensure SQCD performance, manage and develop teams, enforce automotive wiring standards, optimize processes using Lean and 5S methodologies, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of industrial experience in automotive wiring
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and 5S
  • Ability to track KPIs and implement improvement actions
  • Fluent in French and professional level in English
