Job Description

ALTEN Maroc is looking for a Dynatrace Expert specialized in advanced monitoring and dashboard development. The role involves implementing monitoring solutions, integrating ITSM tools, managing cloud environments, and leveraging Dynatrace capabilities for performance and observability across applications and infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT monitoring and Dynatrace
  • Proficient in Dynatrace modules: Monitoring, Dashboards, Alerting, Davis AI, RUM, Synthetic, Smartscape, PurePath
  • Scripting & API experience (Python, Dynatrace API)
  • Experience with Cloud environments: VM, containers, Kubernetes, GCP services
  • Experience with logs and metrics: custom metrics creation, ingestion, correlation of logs/metrics/traces
  • Integration experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and other monitoring tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to implement dashboards and alerts for operational excellence
